The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing October 01, 2025, to September 30, 2026. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total of number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period and begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest’s stay. Process all check-ins, outs and payment types including resolving any charges. Run daily reports, identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy. Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks. Count bank at the beginning and end of shift. Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications. Supervises access to safe deposit boxes. Have knowledge of principles and processes for providing guest and personal services including handling large group. Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities. Organize special functions such as VIP cocktail receptions. Arrange for secretarial services, if needed. Works closely with the housekeeping department in keeping room status reports up to date and coordinates requests for maintenance and repair work. Whenever necessary, they are responsible for checking on room condition before check in time. Presents options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices. Help guest with their luggage and lead them to their rooms. Handle guest arrival with pick up request to and from airport. Operate telephone switchboard station and Standby at the arrival terminal for every flight arrival if needed. Document all trips prior to the start of and at the conclusion of each trip. Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness. Runs Front Office shifts whenever necessary. Able to operate Opera System and Micros Material Control of Front Office Department. Answers telephones using appropriate etiquette
